"Mother's day"
A 2016 movie, with a lot of famous stars, reminding me the Love actually, or the Valentine's day. Movies that connect many different short stories to a big one, and showing the meaning of love or friendship or valentine's day or in this case, motherhood.
I would say that this is the type of movies that I enjoy watching because there are a lot of famous people in it, and you do not have to overthink, you just get some feelings about the subject of the movie and later you forget about it. So, light movie, for light minds. :)
Again, in the movie, different stories with people that are somehow connected to each other, different type of "mothers" and their relationship with their children. A widower, a divorced woman whose ex-husband got remarried, a lesbian mother, a mother that has been married to an Indian guy that her parents do not approve, a rich, business woman that had given her child for adoption, a young mother who is afraid to get married to her boyfriend to avoid getting divorced someday.
That is all, nothing deeper, some funny scenes, some less funny, but all in all, good for what it is. A light, silly, kind of emotional movie. If you are keen on those movies, watch it! :)
