I thought I have watched this movie, but I could not remember. So, I watched it again. And I remembered me watching it. The story is about a pin-up model that took pictures that could be characterised as provocative, especially for the 1950s. Herself being extremely religious, being married once, divorced, had some boyfriends, tried to follow her dreams and become an actress, managed to become the most controversial girl of her time and the most provocative one. And all those happened because she took semi naked pictures, and pictures with weird for the time costumes.
Different times, different way of living, different ethical code. But is it really that different than today? I wish it is... But I do not swear.
Anyway, a beautiful woman, who liked to have her pictures taken and did not harm anyone and in the end she returned to the love of her God and tried to change her life... Not a clever choice if you ask me, but who am I to judge. After all, she was judged more than enough then.
Pleasant movie, based on a true story. Watch it. :)
