"The hunt" aka "Jagten"

I gave it a 7, but in IMDb it has an 8.3. 

I liked it. 

It is a danish movie. An awarded one. 

A teacher is accused of sexually harassing one of the kindergarten students, who happens to be his best friend's daughter. 

What does a small community like the one they are living in do when they have a criminal like him among them?

How does justice work in a small place like that? Do people trust the system, or do they take the law in their arms? 

And who said that he is really guilty? Everything started from a small lie... How does the life of a person faulty accused of a crime go on when everyone is against him? And not only against him, but against his kid... Why do people answer to violence with violence? Fire against fire? 

I am impressed by the actors and the way the director depicts the situation. How can you forgive people who have believed the worst for you with the first chance? Who acted violently against you and your kid. I will not give the details about the future of the dog. 

If you haven't watched it, please do. It is a very good view of a rural reality.
