The journey

There are moments in everybody's life, when they are facing important decisions. It is important to keep in mind that each decision will bring a huge wave of results, consequences that you must be prepared to deal with. Not all of them negative results, just results.

The trap, even for the people who are prepared, is that you might be prepared for the result of your action, but are you prepared about how this will feel? Boom. This is the match point. This is who you put yourself into situations, and you think about them with the brain, the logic, and you wait for the best and worst case scenario. But can you predict how it will feel? Not really? Only by experience and prior similar feelings.

I must wonder though, why you do something that will bring the same result if your feelings in similar situations in the past was not pleasant. And is it too soon to throw to you the fight, fly, freeze and ... what is the fourth f? I can't remember. Wait, I will google. Fawn. Fawn? I must admit I did not remember that in that way but... pfff. Whatever.

I am most of the time at fly. I tend to leave the uncomfortable situations. It is not always bad. I mean, when you have to face a big bully, it can be better to fly. But when it comes to other situations, maybe  it is not the brave and adult decision to fly away. I almost never freeze. I think I am on the move all the time. Fight, sometimes I do. Fawn, yes, I do that as well. :) I have started an important journey, and I am trying to be more prepared when it comes to flight mode situations. I am trying to be more prepared to feelings that occur from actions and decisions in life. It starts with the small things and then it can be applied to bigger ones.

But where did all that start from? Oh yes, decisions. Decisions. One huge decision, one huge plan for my life has been set. I have thought it from so many different points. I have argued with myself and others about it. I cannot find anything wrong with this idea. I only have to fix it well in my mind, and to always remember the reason behind that decision. No matter how the results will feel. I have "felt" it through!

Good luck with all your big decisions. Good luck with all the things you chase with your heart.
